All media sold by RMF International have warranty in case of production, equipment and labor problems that lasts in 2 years which begins from the date of sell. If one of these problem occur, all the problems will be repaired without asking for any charges.

The customer has to show the warranty card, in case of asked for it in the warranty period.

There will be a free of charge substitution, when the product has same malfunction two times or more than four malfunctioning in different kinds. In case of not using the product continiously or to get beyond the period that is given for the repairing, non existence of asset services, the substitution will be made in order to reporting through the seller, dealer, agenta, attorney.

First of all it will be directed to the authorized service

Incase of no repair can be done, it will be substituted with a new product.

The substitution of the damaged product will be done with the RMA return products

First the product will be changed with the identical ones

In case of absence in stocks, the damaged product will be substituted with the equivalent capacity at the same brand.

In case of absence of the model in stocks, the product that returned will be substituted with another brand that has equivalent capacity.

If the products in stocks dont supply the substitution that has been written above, there will be an upgrade charge for another product or there will be a return and return invoice for the product and the price will be set by RMF International. ( Return invoice must have rate of exchange information)

Products will not be accepted without a bill of consignment (Cargo).

Boxes/apparatus shall not be delivered without being asked. Otherwise there will be no responsibility for the problem that occurs.

All malfunctioned products that brought by hand or cargo company must have the carrying circumstances ( Antistatic protector, bubble bag or box,etc..)

Cargo charges will be paid by the customer, the return will be paid by RMF International

The malfunctioning or change demanded product shall not returned with the return invoice in case not asked for it.

There must be a barcode serial number on the product belongs to it,if not there will be no warranty enclosure.

The products sent by cargo company must have bill of consignment that contains the products sequence/model/problem information ( such as: malfunction form), and the package contents must have compability with the bill of consignment.

Situations That Fall Outside The Warranty Circumstances

Using the product against the operating manual.

Using a software, hardware, interface accesories, changing places, wrong and insuffient maintanence,calibration or wrong usage,processes against the specifications of environment, lack of air stream, using the product in humidity or hot environment, operating the product corrosive and harmful to electronic circuit; accidents, bumps, carriage, natural disaster damages etc..

The products not covered by warranty period can be interfered and charged by the request of customer. Products that impossible to be repaired will be returned to the customer.

Interferes without RMF International's authentication, irritating inside or outside, attempting to repair and damages that occur by replacement of component, attempts of non-authorized services/person/firm causes the product fall outside the warranty circumstances.
